Currently, Axel Marketing has a full-time position available for a Sales Trainee. The Sales Trainee will be based out of our office. We believe in providing everyone with an opportunity to learn, expand their professional skills, and have fun doing it! We are looking for a sales trainee to support our senior sales managers in overseeing the successful completion of our client's customer outreach initiatives in the local area.

Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

• Execute promotional outreach campaigns (in an in-person setting) with fellow Sales Trainees to aid in developing an engaging brand identity and a larger customer base
• Give quick presentations to potential customers with the goal of promoting our clients brand and to boost sales revenue
• Create excitement around our clients' brands with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Track and manage all customer questions and concerns
• Suggest ways to expand our client's potential outreach in the local market
• Stay in compliance with all company and client standards
• Follow all of our client and company guidelines
• Work with fellow Sales Trainees to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned territory

Sales Trainee Preferred Skills:

• Background in the hospitality, customer service or service industry is preferred
• The ability to problem-solve and think critically is a must
• Experience in client or brand management
• Comfortable with presenting to both large and small groups of people
• Extremely effective communication skills and a natural ability to connect witty people
• A strong desire to work in marketing, business development, or brand management
• A passion for helping others and giving back to the community

Sales Trainee Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time hours
• Must be able to work in-office and at our events
• Must be able to travel locally
• Must be a team player
